Blessed Karolina Kozkowna (2 August 1898 – 18 November 1914), also known as Caroline Kozka, was a devout young girl who lived on a farm and was known for her strong faith. She was dedicated to sharing her beliefs with her neighbors and children, often reciting the rosary and showing devotion to the Mother of God. Her unwavering faith was evident even in the face of danger, as she continued to pray when she should have been asleep. Due to the circumstances of her death, Kózka is often compared to the "Polish Maria Goretti." She is now recognized as the Patron Saint for Virgins, Purity, Abuse Victims, Youth, Farmers, Movement of Pure Hearts, and the Diocese of Rzeszów, with her memorial feast day falling on November 18th.
