Your order is important to us! Please allow two to four business days for order processing. We utilize reliable shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for all deliveries. Please note, shipments occur Monday through Friday only; no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If an item is on back-order, we'll promptly notify you. While we can't guarantee delivery dates due to carrier policies, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is en route.

Tracking updates typically take up to 24 hours for domestic orders. If you haven't received tracking information within this time frame, please reach out to us. While we strive for timely delivery, we're not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
