The Four-Way and Five-Way Cross medals, commonly shaped as a cruciform (cross), are available in various shapes and contain four or five medals in one. These include the traditional cross with the Sacred Heart at the top, St. Christopher on the right, Miraculous at the bottom, and St. Joseph on the left, with the Holy Spirit in the center. The back of the medal states "I'm a Catholic, Please Call a Priest." Additionally, there are also special devotional four and five way crosses available for specific groups or occasions, such as Sports, Communion, Military, Firefighters, Scapular, Motherhood, Irish, Warrior, Saints, Apparition, Our Lady, Carmelite, Franciscan, Blended Family, New Family, Apostles, Evangelist, Special Needs, and Polish.

I had a guardian angel pendant years ago that was my grandmother's. It was lost in the course of multiple moves. When I saw this one it was so much like it that I purchased it and I am not disappointed. The pendant is the same picture that was on my grandmother's and is a good solid weight with a sturdy chain.
