Saint Genevieve

At the age of fifteen, Genevieve received her veil from Saint Germanus of Auxerre. She became known for her prophecies of tragedies in Paris, which caused her to be disliked by the citizens. However, she redeemed herself in their eyes by providing food to the hungry and urging the defense of France during the Frankish invasion. St. Genevieve is recognized as the Patron Saint for the Women's Army Corps and her Memorial Feast Day is celebrated on January 3rd.
