Saint Monica

Saint Monica (331–387), also known as Monica of Hippo, she was an early Christian saint and the mother of St. Augustine of Hippo. She is remembered and venerated for her outstanding Christian virtues, particularly the suffering against the adultery of her husband. St Moncia is the patron saint for abuse victims, alcoholism & difficult marriages. Saint Monica Memorial Feast Day is August 27th.
