The Four-Way and Five-Way Cross medals, commonly shaped as a cruciform (cross), are available in various shapes and contain four or five medals in one. These include the traditional cross with the Sacred Heart at the top, St. Christopher on the right, Miraculous at the bottom, and St. Joseph on the left, with the Holy Spirit in the center. The back of the medal states "I'm a Catholic, Please Call a Priest."
