Saint Thomas A Becket

Saint Thomas Becket, also known as Saint Thomas of Canterbury, Thomas of London and later Thomas A Becket, was a prominent figure in medieval England. He served as Lord Chancellor from 1155 to 1162, and then as Archbishop of Canterbury until his untimely death in 1170. He is revered as the Patron Saint for Clergy, and his memorial feast day is celebrated on December 29th.
